HENRY SCHWENDIMAN
Principal
Henry Schwendiman has spent the past 21 years in the mortgage banking industry as a loan originator. After obtaining an MBA from Brigham Young University, Henry started his mortgage banking experience with Richards Woodbury Mortgage Company as a commercial loan officer. At Richards Woodbury he became the top loan producer for the company and established many of the long term relationships that he enjoys today in the industry.
In 1994 Henry became a partner in Salt Lake City based Q10 | Bonneville Mortgage Company. As a partner in the firm, Henry has served in the leadership of the company and has seen the company grow from $100,000,000 in servicing to over $2,000,000,000 in servicing today. Bonneville has opened branch offices in Las Vegas, Nevada and Boise, Idaho.
Henry is a founding member of Q10 Capital, LLC, a national mortgage banking company with 14 member companies across the United States. He is also a founding member of Bonneville Multifamily Inc, one of the largest USDA 538 loan originators in the country and Desert Ridge Capital, a developer of Low Income Housing Multifamily projects.
Henry is married to Renee Preston and has six children.

JEFFREY SIMMONS
Principal
Jeffrey Simmons joined Q10 | Bonneville Mortgage Company in 1981 in Salt Lake City as a Loan Production Assistant. Two years later he was appointed Vice President of the Company and became a Loan Officer. Jeff became a principal of Bonneville in 1994 after 13 years of service to the company. During that time he was responsible for the origination of commercial real estate loans.
Jeff continues to originate loans for his clients along the Wasatch Front and throughout the nation. Over the years he has built many long lasting relationships with his clients, many of which have become his personal friends.
Jeff took a three year leave of absence from the company in July of 2009 to serve as a Mission President in Sydney, Australia for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. He will return to Bonneville Mortgage in July 2012 upon the completion of his three year assignment.
Jeff received his education at Brigham Young University and graduated in 1981 with a Bachelor of Arts in Italian and a Bachelor of Science in Finance.
Jeff and his wife have four children and ten grandchildren. Jeff is a sports enthusiast and remains active by playing basketball and golf. He also enjoys music and plays the piano and organ.

DAVID BARBER, CMB
Principal
As a principal in Q10 | Bonneville Mortgage Company, David has spent the past 34 years in Commercial Real Estate Finance and Development. His association with Q10 Bonneville Mortgage began with the acquisition of the Western Mortgage Income property division by Bonneville Mortgage in January of 1995.
Along with serving in leadership of the company, David is an active originator of commercial real estate and multi-family loans, joint ventures and equity placements across the United States.
Prior to joining Q10 | Bonneville Mortgage Company, David was a Vice President with Western Mortgage Company in the Commercial Mortgage loan department. David owned and managed a successful real estate development company in Colorado for seventeen years before moving back to Salt Lake City in 1993.
David received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics from Westminster College located in Salt Lake City, Utah and a Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Colorado. David received his CMB designation from the Mortgage Bankers Association of America in 2004.
David is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Utah, Colorado and Nevada and is the Principal Broker for Q10 Bonneville Mortgage Company.
David is a licensed commercial pilot and along with flying his hobbies include scuba diving and riding motorcycles.
David has a wife and three children and currently lives in Sandy, Utah.

MICHAEL THOMAS
CFO
Michael Thomas joined Q10|Bonneville Mortgage Company in 2007 as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Before joining Bonneville, Michael served as CFO to a local pharmaceutical development company and later with a large, multi-clinic health care center.
Michael’s fiduciary responsibilities have consisted of overseeing the company’s financial activities. This includes the development and management of operating/capital budgets, financial reporting/analysis, cash flow forecasts, project feasibility, financial and circular OMB 133 single audits, the implementation of industry specific software programs, account reconciliation, Federal/State Grant management, AP/AR, and payroll operations.
Other duties include participating as a member of an Audit & Finance Committee and reporting directly to the Board of Governors regarding fiscal operations, budget development, and budget variances.
Annual job requirements have included the development of Medicare and Medicaid cost reports, Uniform Data System (UDS) data collection and reporting, annual operational/capital budgets, the engagement of auditing firms, and reviewing policy changes and accountability towards financial and departmental outcomes.
During this period, Michael has also supervised insurance billing, administrative, human resource, and information systems (IS) departments.
Michael was born and raised in Salt Lake City. Michael married Suzanne Gochnour and has four children. His hobbies include coaching youth baseball and basketball.

Loan Officer
In March of 1998, Dustin joined Q10 | Bonneville Mortgage Company to be a Financial Loan Analyst. After learning the intricacies of underwriting and preparing loan packages for lender approval, Dustin was promoted to a loan officer in May of 2002. Dustin specializes in the origination of income commercial property loans, mainly with the exclusive life company lenders of Q10 | Bonneville. He has closed transactions ranging from $500,000 to over $16,000,000. He has served as a member of the national Q10 Production Committee and is a member of the local CCIM chapter. Dustin has also guest lectured for the University of Utah's MRED, Masters of Real Estate Development program and serves as a judge and mentor for students participating in the Utah Real Estate Challenge sponsored by the Boyer-Ivory Real Estate Center and the University of Utah.
Dustin provides clients with local market knowledge, property-specific expertise and custom-tailored financing plans to help them achieve their investment goals. Whether the goal is to hold, buy, or sell, Dustin can provide the resources and up to date information to help his clients reach the best business and finance decision. As a result he has been able to sustain long-term relationships with his clientele and continues to serve his client's best interests. Dustin has financed projects across the U.S., placing millions of dollars in commercial real estate loans and has been a prolific producer for the company.

Christine Maak has been originating loans for over twenty years, the past ten with Bonneville Mortgage Company. She began her career working for NASA’s space program before switching to real estate finance. Christine graduated from the University of Utah with a degree in phyics before obtaining her Masters in Business Administration. Christine lives in Heber, Utah with her husband Bruce Maak. Christine hobbies include skiing, scuba diving and sailing.

Mike joined Q10 | Bonneville Mortgage in the summer of 2004. During his tenure with the company, Mike has served in a variety of capacities including the portfolio asset manager, senior loan analyst and currently as a loan officer. As an asset manager, Mike oversaw the annual valuation and inspection of a multi-billion dollar portfolio of loans. As a senior analyst, he underwrote and processed the application and commitment of over $500,000,000 in mortgage financing. Mike has been originating loans for his own account since 2007.
Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Portuguese, both from Brigham Young University. He is also a licensed real estate sales agent in Utah and has continued his education by completing numerous real estate, appraisal and commercial loan origination courses.

ZACHARY BARBER
Loan Officer
Zac Barber is a commercial loan officer with Bonneville Mortgage. He joined Bonneville Mortgage in 2005. Zac obtained his undergraduate education from Brigham Young University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. He then attended the University of Utah where he obtained his Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. Zac spent 2 years in the Philippines serving as a missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. He speaks fluent Tagalog. Zac married the former Heather Griffith in 2007. Together they enjoy biking, skiing, traveling, and spending time with their daughter Sarah Grace.

He joined Bonneville in August of 2001 as a loan analyst in Salt Lake City, UT and in 2004 he moved to Las Vegas, NV as a commercial real estate loan officer. Christian has closed loans ranging from $700,000 to over $15,000,000, primarily with Bonneville’s correspondent Life Insurance affiliates as well as with local lending institutions. Christian has also worked in the private money industry, focusing on financing land acquisition and residential lot development.
Prior to joining Q|10 Bonneville Mortgage Company, Christian earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Utah. He is a licensed Mortgage Agent in the State of Nevada and is a member of the local NAIOP chapter.

He has been a Senior Vice President, Real Estate Department Manager, and Chief Lending Officer for several community banks in the area. As an originator and manager of large loan portfolios, Steve knows what it takes to put together a loan package that serves the best interest of all parties involved. Steve takes pride in the great relationships he has forged with his clients, and enjoys assisting them in growing and developing their businesses.
